BOOTLEG ABSINTHE – REAL, made by Dale Pendell. Only one or two drinks left in the bottle. $100. When I lived in Laytonville, California, we hosted an absinth festival and 6 distillers showed up. Dale was one of them.

PERSONAL NOTE: My favorites were Grande Absente, Pernod and Kubler, not necessarily in that order. The others were purchased out of curiosity.
